According to a recent announcement from Netease, February 21 marks the beginning of the second half of Marvel Rivals Season 1. This update will introduce the remaining members of the Fantastic Four, specifically The Thing and Human Torch.

The announcement also provided important information about the ranking system and how it would be reset each season. Many players were unhappy to learn that ranks would be reset twice per season—once during each half. This policy would mean a limited timeframe to regain high ranks before facing resets.

In response to player feedback, Netease has opted to change its approach. Going forward, ranks will remain consistent throughout the duration of the season. Players will continue to progress and earn rewards after completing 10 competitive matches.
